Terms of Service

Effective May 17, 2026. By using LeadVio you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are and what this covers

"LeadVio", "we", "us", and "the platform" mean LeadVio Marketplace, operator of leadvio.co. These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile sites, and APIs (collectively, the "Service").

We are not the seller of any item listed unless explicitly marked otherwise. We are the platform ??? we host listings, process payment, mediate disputes, and pay sellers.

2. Accounts

• You must be 16 or older to register.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it that way.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We strongly recommend turning on 2FA.
• You may have one personal account. Multi-account fraud results in permanent ban + forfeit of any pending payouts/refunds.
• Business accounts are available for sellers (see Section 4).

3. Buying on LeadVio

Listings, prices, and order acceptance

• Listings are invitations to treat, not binding offers. Adding an item to your cart is your offer to buy.
• The contract forms when the seller dispatches the item (you???ll receive a "Shipped" email).
• Prices are inclusive of platform fees but exclusive of taxes, customs, and shipping unless stated.
• If a listing has a clear pricing error (e.g. $1 for an item worth $1,000), we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will email you before doing so.

Payment

• You authorize us to charge the payment method you select at checkout for the total shown.
• If your payment fails, the order is held for 24 hours so you can retry. After that the order is cancelled.
• For crypto: the conversion rate is locked at the moment of checkout.

Delivery

• Sellers state their handling time on each listing. Standard worldwide shipping is 7-14 business days after dispatch.
• You are responsible for any import duties or VAT in your country.
• If a parcel hasn???t moved for 10+ business days, contact support ??? we will investigate with the courier.

Returns and refunds

See our full Refund Policy. In short: free returns within 30 days, full refund if an item never arrives or is significantly not as described.

4. Selling on LeadVio

If you list items for sale, you also agree to the Seller Agreement. In summary:

• You must complete KYC (government ID + business proof) before listing.
• You may not list counterfeit, dangerous, illegal, or recalled items. See the full prohibited-items list in the Seller Agreement.
• You must fulfill orders within your stated handling time.
• You must respond to buyer messages within 2 business days.
• You honour LeadVio refund and return policies. Sellers who refuse legitimate refunds face escalating penalties up to permanent ban.
• You stay within the listing capacity of your plan (see Seller Plans). LeadVio takes no cut of your sales.
• You retain ownership of your IP. By listing, you grant LeadVio a worldwide, royalty-free license to display product images, copy, and reviews on the platform.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use bots or scripts to scrape, harvest, or systematically download data.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Attempt to bypass LeadVio fees by arranging transactions off-platform.
• Use the service to launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose in any jurisdiction that applies to you.

6. Reviews and user-generated content

• Only verified buyers can leave reviews.
• Reviews must reflect a real experience with the product. Paid, traded, or incentivized reviews are removed without notice.
• You retain copyright on photos and text you post; by posting, you grant LeadVio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display them.
• We may remove content that is illegal, defamatory, hate speech, or violates IP rights.

7. Intellectual property

All LeadVio trademarks, logos, platform code, and original design are owned by LeadVio. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission. Third-party trademarks (Apple, Nike, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

8. Liability

LeadVio acts as the platform, not the manufacturer, shipper, or warrantor of any product. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our maximum liability for any single order is capped at the total order amount.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses (e.g. lost profits, business interruption).
• Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, gross negligence).

9. Termination

• You may close your account at any time from your profile.
• We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms. We will give 30 days??? notice except in cases of clear fraud, dangerous goods, or repeated copyright infringement.
• On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Outstanding orders are honoured.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Disputes and governing law

1. Try LeadVio support first: support@leadvio.co. We resolve 97% of issues within 5 business days.
2. If we can???t resolve it, the dispute proceeds to binding arbitration in the seller of record???s jurisdiction.
3. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted ??? disputes are resolved individually.
4. Nothing here prevents you from filing a complaint with a consumer protection authority in your country.

12. Miscellaneous

• Severability: if a section is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce a section doesn???t waive future enforcement.
• Entire agreement: these Terms + the Seller Agreement (for sellers) + our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between us.
